The Council's program includes the design and testing of innovative HIV & AIDS and Reproductive Health approaches and policy and program relevant research, training, and institutional strengthening, and is supported by a range of donors. Due to expansion of its activities, the Council is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions in its Abuja office: Job Title: Research Data Analyst The successful candidate will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Management of a comprehensive HIV Prevention and Care Project and other projects managed by PC. The officer will manage the database for capturing and processing the data collected through the management information systems of the project. He/she will set up the database for data entry of service data from the field. The officer will carry out the data processing and analysis and generate the statistical tables, charts and graphs for periodic project reports. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have: 1. Level of Education – A minimum of Masters in Social Science, Statistics. Public Health or any related area 2. Desired Number of Years Prior Experience in a Similar Role-5 years 3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill 4. Language Requirements – Excellent English language 5. Level of IT Expertise Required – Ability to use the following statistical packages – Epi Data, SPSS required 6. Ability to travel within and outside Nigeria 7. Strong analytic and database skills including statistical analysis 8. Experience in implementing management information systems and field research is an added advantage.
