Job Description:
Responsibilities


Responsible for establishing and maintaining financial policy and controls, including payroll, purchasing, accounts payable and inventory control. All of the operation and maintenance of financial records will be the responsibility of the Finance Accountant. Responsible for all purchasing and logistics functions including preparation of purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and checking receiving slips. Contact and evaluate vendors for purchases of both direct materials and subcontracts, and issue and expedite purchase orders with critical delivery dates. Establish a purchase order tracking and reporting system and support the Plant Manager and headquarters Finance Accountant in day-to-day operations. Manage the preparation of the Facility operation and maintenance annual budget and help control and maintain annual budget.



Duties:

* Act as the Quality Management Representative for the site.

* Act as an independent Auditor on the Environment Management Audit Program

* Carry out Annual supplier and contract reviews

Qualifications


* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or Finance

* Five years financial experience (minimum)

* Demonstrated computer skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Financial Management Program graduate (preferred)
